Our Return Policy (online only)
Fashion Addition is very excited to offer you an online shopping experience during Covid-19 and going forward. We do love dressing you personally, so should you wish for any shopping advice from your regular store style guru, please email us. All of our locations talented managerial pool is waiting to help answer any questions or the often asked “do you think this is me?” For example: If you usually shop in Calgary and want one of their staffs input, no problem! Email us at email@example.com and we will get one of your regular consultants to get in touch with you!
Fashion Addition will ship your order via Canada Post within 1-3 business days from the date you ordered. An email with your tracking info will be sent to you once the package was dropped off at Canada Post.
When you receive your online purchase, Fashion Addition hopes that you try it on and fall in love! Should you decide it wasn’t quite right, we are happy to offer you an exchange for a different size, color or style or return for a store credit. Online Exchange and Return Policy
- Fashion Addition is happy to offer an exchange or store credit towards your next purchase within 14 days from when your package was delivered
- Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return and we will send you the information to ship it back to us
- Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Fashion Addition is not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen in transit. We suggest sending back with tracking # so that nothing is lost.
- Regular Priced Merchandise can only be returned if unworn, with tags and original receipt within 7 days of purchase in order to be accepted.
- All merchandise 30% off or more is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
